Return policy

Your satisfaction is our goal.    We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products*.

You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date it was shipped to you.    Return Policy updated on June 17, 2023.

If it is not a product quality problem, the refund cost needs to be borne by the customer; If it is a quality problem, you need to send photos as proof of how the problem is to contact customer service to confirm communication before refund and return processing.

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return.    Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account (allow an additional 3 to 9 business days).

Note: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on.    This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return.

How to return: Repackage your unused and unworn items and have them refunded to you within 30 days of the shipping date in the normal process.
