Conquer Mountains Edmund Hilary

We all have mountains in our lives. It does not matter what they are, to each of us the things that WE have to overcome, can seem monumental. To someone else, your mountain may look small, they may have already made the journey, or it may not be a journey they will ever make.

Conquering these mountains, conquering our challenges…requires us to dig deep, to grow, to stretch, to be scared but willing to take that next step anyway. And before we can, we have to overcome ourselves. We have to overcome our fear, our limiting beliefs, our doubts…we have to commit to trying but first, at least some small part of us needs to BELIEVE.

Do you have mountains in your life? Are you willing to conquer yourself to climb them?  It may be a long hard climb but the view is FANTASTIC!

I’m ready to ROCK those mountains and kick em down! Ok, I don’t feel like that EVERY day but today I feel like that :). Some days the climb is MUCH slower. Great post and reminder that everyone has some mountain to climb.

  4. I feel like there are still certain mountains ahead, although I feel that I have conquered quite a few recently! Always a good feeling…

Yes, I have mountains to climb…but I’m excited to watch my muscles grow and my lungs expand as I conquer!!! Scary and fun at the same time. Thanks Hope! Amy

  6. There will always be more mountains too! Jim Rohn quote here: “Don’t wish it were easier. Wish you were better.” I am becoming a real mountaineer, lol. Let’s keep pushing through and we will all be the better person for it 🙂

  7. Charlene says:

It’s taken me years to conquer some of my ‘mountains’ and although the journey was rough at times, it was so worth it. I hope I can inspire others, like you are, to keep going!

I am definitely my biggest mountain. I need to learn to get out of my own way more. I have to remind myself sometimes that my mountains are tiny hills compared to what others face and it helps me keep it in perspective.
